    Why don't you provide a phone number?

    We are unable to provide phone support purely because we want to save YOU money. In order to answer hundreds of calls a day we would have to hire a team of call-centre staff! This would mean charging far more for our products! We would much prefer to keep prices low and pass the savings on to YOU.
    How long will it take for you to reply to me?

    We try to respond to enquiries within 24 hours. However, this is not a guarantee. The time may vary depending on the volume of customer enquiries we receive. Our average response time for email and web-ticket enquiries is 15.5 hours. Please add 24 hours during weekends and holidays. If you make use of the live chat facility on our website, then the response is instant (subject to operator availability).
